现阶段,我国化工行业的发展速度十分的迅猛,其行业更是成为了我国社会经济的主导行业。对此,我国需要注重化工工作的开展状况,确保化工工艺的安全。在化工设计中,其所使用到的物质材料大多为易燃易爆品,且具有较强的挥发性,所以在储存这类物料的过程中,必须要做好基础的安全防护工作,对其设备以及管道的安全性进行分析和调查,确保工作人员的自身以及财产安全不会受到威胁。主要就化工设计中的常用安全泄放装置进行分析,总结各类常用性安全泄放装置的构件以及应用经验,为后续我国化工设计工作的开展提供经验,供以借鉴。

At this stage,the development of China’s chemical industry is very rapid,and its industry has become the leading industry of China’s social economy.In this regard,China needs to pay attention to the development of chemical work to ensure the safety of chemical technology.In chemical engineering design,most of the materials used are inflammable and explosive materials,and have strong volatility,so in the process of storing such materials,it is necessary to do a good job of basic safety protection,analysis and investigation of the safety of its equipment and pipelines,to ensure the safety of staff and property.It will not be threatened.In this paper,the common safety relief devices in chemical design are analyzed,and the components and application experience of various common safety relief devices are briefly summarized,which provides experience for the follow-up work of chemical design in China.
