摘要
在保证产品质量的前提下,氯化铵HR630-NB型离心机对离心机油冷却器、大小转鼓及活塞缸连接螺栓、密封件、出料斗、电机自停报警系统等均进行了全面改造,解决一连串设备故障,最终氯化铵系统运行效率大幅提升,工作周期全面延长,达到工艺生产使用要求。
On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of products,the HR630-NB centrifuge has completely reformed the centrifuge oil cooler,the connecting bolts of the large and small strands and the piston cylinder,the sealing parts,the discharging hopper,the alarm system of the motor self-stop and so on,solved a series of equipment failures,and finally the operation efficiency of the ammonium chloride system.The rate is greatly improved,and the working cycle is fully extended to meet the requirements of process production.
