摘要
采用化学成分、机械性能、金相组织等方法对开环釜的腐蚀情况进行了检测,详细分析了奥氏体不锈钢在热醋酸环境中发生腐蚀的机理,讨论了不同工艺条件对奥氏体不锈钢腐蚀的影响,并提出了相应的控制措施。
The corrosion of open-loop kettle was tested by chemical composition,mechanical properties and metallographic structure.The mechanism of corrosion of austenitic stainless steel in hot acetic acid environment was analyzed in detail.Different process conditions were discussed for austenite.The effect of corrosion of the body stainless steel and the corresponding control measures were proposed.
