摘要
采用一步多溶剂溶析冷却结晶法提纯莱鲍迪甙A,考察了不同溶析剂及其组合对莱鲍迪甙A的结晶收率及纯度影响。结果表明,RA55在含有异丙醇与乙酸乙酯混合溶析剂的90%乙醇水溶液的一步溶析冷却结晶工艺中,制得的莱鲍迪甙A纯度达到99%以上,产品总收率达到73.5%,展现出良好的提纯效果和经济性。
Rebaudioside A(RA)was purified by mixed solventing-out cooling crystallization method.Effects of the kind and combination of anti-solvent on purity and crystallization yield of RA were discussed.The results showed that the purity of RA reached 99%and the crystallization yield of RA was up to 73.5%in ethanol-isopropanol-ethyl acetate-water system.
