脱硫液副盐控制研究

摘要 脱硫液副盐的生成和处理是目前行业内技术难题之一。研究了副盐量与脱硫系统脱硫剂浓度、出口硫化氢含量以及硫回收率的关系,确定了最佳副盐量区间。为减少、减慢副盐的生成,改善脱硫剂的添加方法,开发了一种脱硫剂添加装置,找到了最佳脱硫母液温度、pH值和再生空气量,最终减少了副盐,降低了脱硫系统辅料消耗。 The formation and treatment of desulfurization liquid by-salt is one of the technical problems in the industry.The relationship between the amount of de-salt and the concentration of desulfurizer in the desulfurization system,the content of hydrogen sulfide at the outlet and the recovery rate of sulfur were studied,and the optimal range of sub-salt was determined.In order to reduce and slow the formation of secondary salts and improve the method of adding desulfurizer,a desulfurizer addition device was developed to find the optimum desulfurization mother liquor temperature,pH value and regeneration air volume,which ultimately reduced the secondary salt and reduced the desulfurization.System accessories consumption.
