In the context of the Internet+and the new development of the national engineering,this paper fully analyzes the demand for talents in the development of the material chemistry industry.Based on the actual situation,this paper proposes a new model suitable for material chemistry and the use of multidisciplinary integration to train innovative talents in new engineering.
