摘要 据了解国内炼油厂的操作费用占企业经营总费用的40%,相较于国外炼油厂而言,国内炼油耗能十分巨大。结合对炼油化工管理工作以及节能降耗的研究得出,积极拓展节能降耗能够有效降低炼油生产损失,且有着保护环境的效果。以前人对炼油化工的节能技术研究为基础,提出改进工艺、降低工艺用能、提高能量回收率与转化率等方法,希望能够对炼油化工的节能降耗予以一定参考,进一步强化我国炼油化工业的总体实力。 It is understood that the operating costs of domestic refineries account for 40%of the total operating expenses of enterprises.Compared with foreign refineries,domestic refining energy consumption is very huge.Combined with research on refinery and chemical industry management and energy conservation and consumption reduction,actively expanding energy conservation and consumption reduction can effectively reduce oil production loss and have the effect of protecting the environment.Previously,based on the research on energy-saving technology of refining and chemical industry,and proposed methods to improve the process,reduce the process energy,improve the energy recovery rate and conversion rate,and hope to be able to refine the chemical industry.Energy conservation and consumption reduction will be given a certain reference to further strengthen the overall strength of China's refining and chemical industry.
