摘要 SCADA系统目前广泛应用于自动化油田油井、计量站的生产监控。目前随着自动化监控系统中监控点数多,每日报警数达数万条,因此监控岗员工日常消除报警工作量大,其中一部分报警由报警限设置不合理产生,容易出现报警消除不及时和误消报警的现象,存在一定安全隐患。目的是从优化报警算法入手,减少报警数量、提高报警准确性,降低安全风险,提高员工的工作效率。从管理方面和效益方面来说,都是十分必要的。 The SCADA system is widely used in the production monitoring of oilfield oil wells and metering stations.At present,with the number of monitoring points in the automatic monitoring system,the number of daily alarms reaches tens of thousands.Therefore,the daily workload of the monitoring staff is large,and some of the alarms are unreasonably set by the alarm limit.It is easy to eliminate the alarms.The phenomenon of eliminating alarms has certain safety hazards.The purpose of this project is to optimize the alarm algorithm,reduce the number of alarms,improve the accuracy of alarms,reduce security risks,and improve employee productivity.In terms of management and efficiency,it is very necessary.
