摘要
目的研究蛞蝓Agriolimax agrestis Linnaeus的化学成分。方法蛞蝓正己烷提取物采用结晶、半制备柱进行分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定所得化合物的结构。结果从中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为胆固醇(1)、β-谷甾醇(2)、链甾醇(3)、菜籽甾醇(4)、麦角甾醇(5)、豆甾醇(6)。结论所有化合物均为首次从蛞蝓中分离得到。
AIM To study the chemical constituents from Agriolimax agrestis Linnaeus.METHODS The hexane extract from A.agrets was isolated and purified by crystallization and semi-preparative colum,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Six compounds were isolated and identified as cholesterol(1),β-sitosterol(2),desmosterol(3),ergosta-5,22-dien-3β-ol(4),ergostero l(5)and stigmastero l(6).CONCLUSION All the compounds are first isolated from A.agresti for tlie first time.
