摘要
为减少血液涡流及降低溶血发生率,优化了对称离心式血泵的蜗壳及出口管结构并借助Fluent软件对其进行仿真分析。结果表明,将蜗壳横截面形状设计为内扩梯形并对出口管进行改造后,可有效提升血泵性能且溶血预测值满足使用要求。
In order to reduce blood eddy-current and hemolysis,the structures of volute and outlet pipe in symmetrical centrifugal blood pump were optimized and simulated by Fluent software.The results show that the inner-trapezoidal cross-section volute with modified outlet pipe can effectively improve the performance of the blood pump,and the hemolytic predictive value can satisfy the usage requirement.
