摘要
针对某匹配电控空气悬架系统ECAS的6×2载货汽车的基本构成,根据法规和整车的性能指标设计了一种轴荷控制策略,阐述了提升桥的下落条件和下落后轴荷的分配原理。针对此控制策略进行了整车的标定和加载试验,结果表明,理论标定轴荷和试验差值在3%以内,利用该控制策略的车型能够满足法规要求及用户使用需求,具有比较广泛的应用价值。
This paper introduced basic components of a 6×2 truck with Electronically-Controlled Air Suspension(ECAS).An axle load control strategy was designed according to the laws and the vehicle performance index.The paper elaborated the conditions of lifting axle falling down and the principle of distribution of axle load after the lifting axle falling down.Vehicle calibration and loading test were carried out for this control strategy.The results show that the difference of the theoretical calibration axle load and the test load is within 3%.Truck models adopting this control strategy can meet requirement of regulation and user requirement,thus can be widely applied.
