计及损耗的风电机组运行指标基准值研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对风电机组在运行时出现有功功率较低、运行状态不佳等问题,提出了考虑机组损耗特性的双馈风电机组运行指标基准值的研究方法。首先,研究了运行机组的风力机系统、传动系统、发电机系统出现的能量损失,构建了机组优化指标体系;结合机组的历史数据,根据风速划分机组的运行工况,采用因子分析降低了关联参数的数据维度。然后,以有功功率作为聚类分析的中心点,获取机组运行参数的基准值。最后,形成机组在全工况下的运行参数的基准值表。依据运行参数的基准值,在线调整机组的运行状态;同时,根据新产生的数据不断更新机组的基准值,形成闭环。利用贵州某风电场2 MW双馈风电机组的实测数据,对所提出的模型进行了分析与验证。对比未采用优化模型的机组,采用优化模型的机组发电量提高了3. 4%。风电机组运行优化模型能够提高风电机组的发电量、提升机组的经济效益;同时,该模型为风电机组的运维奠定了基础。 Frstly,the energy loss of the wind turbine system,transmission system and generator system of the running unit is studied,a unit optimization index system is constructed;combining the historical data of the unit,the operating conditions of the unit are divided according to the wind speed,and the data dimension of associated parameters are reduced by using factor analysis.Then,taking active power as the central point of cluster analysis,the reference value of unit operating parameters is obtained.Finally,a reference value table for the operating parameters of the unit under full operating conditions is formed.Based on the reference value of the operating parameters,the operating status of the unit is adjusted online;at the same time,the reference value of unit is continuously updated in accordance with the newly generated data to form a closed loop.The model proposed is analyzed and verified by the measured data of a 2 MW doubly fed wind turbine in a wind farm in Guizhou.Compared with the units that did not use the optimization model,the generating capacity of the unit uses the optimization model is increased 3.4%.The optimization model can improve the power generation of wind turbines and improve the economic benefits of the unit.In addition,the model laid the foundation for the operation and maintenance of wind turbines.
