摘要 针对现有拆回电能表数量日益庞大、缺乏有效的管理和技术手段对其进行处理的问题,设计了一种基于Kafka数据总线的拆回电能表分拣体系架构。该架构通过对营销系统(SG186)、省级计量生产调度平台(MDS)的功能改造,引入分拣装置对拆回电能表进行分拣检测,并通过Kafka数据总线和"四线一库"接口建立了各系统及装置之间的数据交互,实现了对拆回电能表的闭环管理,提高了资产的利用率。采用该架构设计的系统已在相关省电力公司上线运行。运行结果表明,该系统运行稳定,有力地支撑了拆回电能表分拣工作,为节约计量资源、减少投资成本奠定了基础。 In view of the increasing number of existing disassembled electric energy meters and the lack of effective management and technical methods to deal with them,a Kafka data bus based sorting architecture of disassembled electric energy meters has been designed.Through the functional transformation of the marketing system(SG186)and the provincial metering production scheduling platform(MDS),the sorting device is introduced to sort and detect the disassembled meters,and establish the data interaction among each system and device via the Kafka data bus and the interfaces of“four types of testing and warehousing”,to implement closed loop management of the disassembled meters,and improves the utilization of assets.The system designed with this architecture has been put into operation at the relevant provincial power companies.The operation results show that the system is stable and powerfully supports the sorting work of the disassembled electric energy meters,which lays a foundation for saving measurement resources and reducing investment costs.
