摘要 针对东北地区冬季供热冷热不均、相关负责部门无法根据温度开关阀门等特点,采用了供暖阀门远程控制方式,设计了一种供暖阀门远程控制系统。通过温度传感器实时监测室内的温度变化,并通过无线通信技术控制用户家中的阀门。系统在工作中,不但可以通过物联网技术将温度数据传送到至云端平台,方便供热管理部门监控用户家中供暖期温度数据,而且平台也可以向多个用户家中的控制器发送一个温度阈值,使控制器可以自动地根据室内温度调节供热阀门的开度,保持室温恒定;同时,管理平台也可以对于未缴费用户强制关闭阀门,从而在一定程度上降低能源的消耗,减少污染的排放,方便管理,实现数据在用户和控制台之间的双向传输。该系统已在东北地区试用。结果表明,用户家中温度可以较好地稳定在阈值附近,系统连续运行可靠,在远程电子阀门的发展中起到了有力的推动作用。 In view of the uneven winter heating in the northeast region and the relevant responsible department cannot switch the valves according to the temperature;a remote control system of heating valve has been designed by using the remote control technology.The indoor temperature change is detected by sensors in real time;the household valves are controlled with the wireless communication technology.The system transmits the temperature data to the cloud platform by using the Internet of Things technology for the management department to conveniently monitor the temperatures inside users’home during the heating season,and the system also sends temperature threshold value to the controllers of multiple users’home and the controllers can automatically adjust the opening of the heating valves based on the change of the indoor temperatures,to keep a constant indoor temperature.At the meanwhile,the management platform can shut down the valves of unpaid users by force,to reduce the energy consumption,and lower the pollution emission,to easily manage and realize bidirectional data transition between user and control platform.The system has been trail applied in the northeast region.The experiment shows that the temperature in users’home can be better maintained steady around the threshold valve.The system works continuously and reliably.It plays an important role in the development of remote electronic valves.
