穴位透刺联合放血疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎疗效观察

目的:观察穴位透刺联合放血疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法:68例随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组给以常规针刺治疗,治疗组给以穴位透刺为主结合放血疗法。结果:总有效率治疗组83.9%、对照组73.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。症状改善治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。鼻腔分泌物IL-17水平、SNOT-20量表及VAS量表评分两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位透刺联合放血疗法治疗慢性鼻窦炎具有较好疗效。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of penetration needling of points combined with blood letting therapy in treatment of chronic sinusitis.Method:68 cases were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group,34 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional acupuncture treatment while the treatment group were treated mainly with penetration needling of points combined with blood letting therapy.Result:The total effective rate of treatment group was 83.9%while that of the control group was 73.5%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of symptoms of the treatment group was significantly superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).There was statistical significance in nasal secretions IL-17 level,SNOT-20 scale,VAS scale between the two group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penetration needling of points combined with blood letting therapy has therapeutic effect in treatment of chronic sinusitis.
