摘要
自20世纪90年代开始,美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、英国、爱尔兰和日本的认知行为治疗专业组织陆续开展了认知行为治疗师的认证工作。本文对这些国家的认证制度进行了介绍,发现他们的认证工作具有以下特点:与心理治疗从业人员的资格认证相互独立;由行业协会负责的自愿认证;认证标准一般包括培训、实践与督导、学位与专业标准;认知行为治疗师的培养更侧重于非学历教育;注重持续专业发展,引入维持认证。这些特点值得我国在今后发展认知行为治疗师的培养和管理体系时借鉴和参考。
Professional organizations of cognitive behavior therapy in the United States,Canada,Australia,the United Kingdom,Ireland and Japan have accredited for cognitive behavior therapists since the 1990s.This paper describes the certification system in these countries.We found that their certification system have following characteristics:independence from the certification system for psychotherapy practitioners,voluntary certification by industry associations,and certification standards generally include training,practice,supervision,degree and professional standards,training of cognitive behavior therapists rely more on non-academic education,paying attention to continuous professional development and the maintenance of certification.We can learn and refer to this information to develop the training and management system for cognitive behavior therapists in our country.
