从国家基金申获管窥基础研究与科技创新内涵发展——以西安科技大学为例

The Development of Basic Research and the Development of Scientific and Technological innovation from the Perspective of Approved National Fund——A Case Study of Xi'an University of Science and Technology

基础研究是实现科技创新内涵发展的源动力。国家自然科学基金(简称国基金)项目建设是提升基础研究的龙头。文中以西安科技大学为例,针对国基金申报建设特点,以国基金申请与获准(率)情况为出发点,从省内与煤炭领域同类高校对比、影响因素剖析和对策等方面进行阐述,以期对加强促进高校科技创新内涵发展、新工科研究与实践和西部一流大学建设等提供战略思路与决策依据。

Basic research is the source of the development of the connotation of scientific and technological innovation.The construction of the National Natural Science Fund(National Fund for short)is the leading part of the basic research.This paper took Xi’an University of Science and Technology as an example,in view of the construction characteristics of the national fund,starting with the application and approval(rate)of the national fund,expounded from the contrast between similar universities and colleges in Shaanxi province and the coal field,and analyzed the influencing factors and so on,aiming to strengthen the scientific and technological innovation in colleges and universities,and promote the connotation of new engineering research and practice and the construction of first-class university in Western China.
