摘要
员工对组织的承诺没有兑现或者兑现程度低是导致企业安全生产水平低下的原因之一,企业的安全价值观与员工的组织承诺密切相关,为有效改善企业安全生产水平,将企业安全价值观与员工组织承诺进行维度划分,通过理论分析构建各维度间关系的概念模型,并运用问卷调查以及结构方程模型方法进行实证分析。结果表明,安全责任感对情感承诺、规范承诺、持续承诺都有显著影响,安全规章制度对规范承诺有显著影响,安全态度对持续承诺有显著影响,安全意识对情感承诺、持续承诺有显著影响。
One of the reasons for the low level of safety production in enterprises is that staff’s commitment to the organization has not been honored or the degree of redemption is low.Enterprise safety values are closely related to employees’organizational commitment.In order to effectively improve the company’s safety production level,the paper divided the dimensions of enterprise safety values and employees’organizational commitments,established a conceptual model of the relationship between dimensions by theoretical analysis,and conducted empirical analysis by using questionnaires and structural equation modeling methods.The results show that the sense of safety responsibility has a significant impact on emotional commitment,normative commitment and continuous commitment.Safety regulations have a significant impact on normative commitments,safety attitudes have a significant impact on sustained commitments and safety awareness has a significant impact on emotional commitments and sustained commitments.
