气相色谱法检测霜膏类化妆品中的芳香烃矿物油 被引量:2

摘要 建立固相萃取结合气相色谱氢火焰离子化检测器(GC–FID)测定霜膏类化妆品中的芳香烃矿物油(MOAH)的方法。样品用无水乙醇分散,正己烷提取,经氟罗里硅土和中性氧化铝复合固相萃取柱净化,RIPP柱富集,采用GC–FID进行检测,最后对MOAH的谱图进行积分,根据FID检测器对烃类化合物的响应特点,选择适合的化合物作为内标物计算样品中MOAH的含量。结果表明,用苯并(α)芘作为MOAH的内标物,对基线和"驼峰"之间的色谱峰总面积减去非MOAH部分的尖峰面积进行MOAH的半定量,用该方法对霜膏类化妆品进行6次加标平行试验,平均回收率为77.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为25.8%。该方法操作简单、快速,适用于霜膏类化妆品中MOAH的检测。 A method was developed to determine mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons(MOAH)in cream cosmetic by using the solid phase extraction–gas chromatography with FID.Samples were dispersed with absolute ethanol,extracted with n-hexane,cleaned up with Florisil combined Al2O3 solid phase extraction,adsorbed by RIPP SPE,and detected by GC–FID.The spectra of MOAH was integrated and suitable compounds were selected as internal standards for MOAH in the calculated sample.It was showed by the test results that internal standard of benzo(α)anthracene was suitable for calculating the quantity of MOAH.The semi-quantitative detection of MOAH was realized by using the total area of the peak width between the baseline and the“hump”minus the non-MOAH peak area.The average recoverie of six repeated experiments with cream cosmetics was 77.7%,and the relative standard deviation was 25.8%.This method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the determination of MOAH in cream cosmetic.
