摘要
为了解我国市售瓶装饮料中邻苯二甲酸酯类环境污染物的迁移情况,采用气相色谱法测定市售塑料瓶装饮料中的邻苯二甲酸二甲酯、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯等8种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物(PAEs)。样品经正己烷萃取并浓缩后,采用直接进样法分析,经HP–5毛细管色谱柱分离后用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。8种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物的质量浓度在0.25~100μg/mL范围内与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数均大于0.997,检出限均为0.05μg/mL。三水平加标回收率为91.2%~109.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.2%~3.4%(n=6)。用该方法对14种饮料进行检测,其中有一种或几种PAEs检出,且酸性饮料中PAEs溶出量较大,暴晒后饮料中PAEs的总量增高。该方法操作简单,选择性和准确度较好,可用于饮料中PAEs的检测。
In order to study the contaminant status of phthalate esters in drinks,a gas chromatographic method was applied to determine 8 kinds of phthalate esters,such as dimethyl phthalate,diethyl phthalate,dibuthyl phthalate,etc.in 14 kinds of marketed plastic bottled drinks.The samples were injected directly into GC after extraction by hexane and separated on an HP–5 capillary column.Finally the samples were detected by FID.The mass concentration of 8 kinds of phthalate esters was linear with its chromatographic peak area in the range of 0.25–100μg/mL,linear correlation coefficients were all more than 0.997.The detection limits were 0.05μg/mL.Three level addition recoveries were 91.2%– 109.0%,the relative standard deviations of results were 1.2%–3.4%(n=6).One or several phthalate esters in 14 kinds of drinks were detected by the method.The migration quantity of phthalate esters was higher in the acid drink,and the quantity of phthalate esters would increase after insolation.The developed method is simple,selective and accurate,it can be used to determinate PAEs in drinks.
