摘要
为了评价玫瑰花露水质量,建立气相色谱法测定玫瑰花露水主要香气成分及其含量变化。以二氯甲烷为萃取剂,萃取玫瑰花露中香茅醇、香叶醇和苯乙醇3种主要成分,经涡旋,离心,采用外标法定量。香茅醇、香叶醇和苯乙醇的质量浓度分别在0.48~25.00,0.45~25.50,0.48~26.50 mg/L范围内与其色谱峰面积的线性关系良好,相关系数分别为0.999 2,0.999 2,0.999 0,方法检出限分别为0.50,0.60,0.45μg/g。样品加标回收率为88.7%~97.9%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.8%~2.9%(n=6)。采用该方法对云南红河、浙江丽水、江苏徐州、湖北武汉和山东济南5个典型区域不同月份、不同保存方式的玫瑰花露水进行测定,云南红河玫瑰花提取的花露水中,香茅醇、香叶醇和苯乙醇浓度最高,浙江丽水的3种香气成分浓度最低。该方法具有前处理简单,分析测试快速等优点,可为玫瑰花露水的开发利用提供了基础数据。
In order to evaluate the quality of rose dew,a gas chromatographic method was established for the determination of main aroma components and their contents in rose dew.Three main components of citronellol,geraniol and phenylethanol in rose sauce were extracted with dichloromethane as extractant,and quantified by gas phase external standard method after vortex,centrifugation.There was good linear relationship between the chromatographic peak area of citronellol,geraniol,phenylethanol and their mass concentration in the range of 0.48–25.00,045–25.50,0.48–26.50 mg/L,respectively,the correlation coefficients were 0.999 2,0.999 2,0.999 0,respectively,the detection limits were 0.50,0.60,0.45μg/g,respectively.The average recoveries were 88.7%–97.9%,and the relative standard deviations were 1.8%– 2.9%(n=6),respectively.The method was used to determine rose dew in five typical areas of Yunnan,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Hubei and Shandong in different months and different preservation methods.The concentrations of citronellol,geraniol and phenylethanol were the highest in the rose dew from Honghe in Yunnan Province,while the concentrations of three aroma components from Lishui in Zhejiang Province were the lowest.This method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,rapid analysis,it can provide basic data for the development and utilization of rose dew.
