摘要
研制一种低毒、高效、且具有市场优势的微生物农药制剂尤为重要。通过使用流点法、优化组合法对润湿剂分散剂的种类和用量进行筛选。确定了苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒悬浮剂的具体配方为:10亿PIB/mL病毒原药、RP-90 2%、3010 3%、8070 2%、黄原胶0.1%、硅酸镁铝2%,S-30 0.1%、乙二醇5%、GY-X60 0.2%,水补至100%。按照所选的配方进行悬浮剂各项性能检测,结果显示该制剂在长时间放置后分散性仍良好,悬浮率大于90%,低温、热贮稳定性均合格,筛析等其他质量控制指标均符合要求。
It is very important to develop a microbial pesticide preparation of low toxicity but high efficiency with market advantages.The types and dosages of wetting agent and dispersing agent were screened by using flow point method and optimization group.The specific formulation of Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus suspension was determined:1 billion PIB/mL virus powder,2%of RP-90,3%of 3010,2%of 8070,0.1%of xanthan gum,2%of magnesium aluminate,0.1%of S-30,5%of ethylene glycol,0.2%of GY-X60,plus water to 100%.According to the selected formula for the performance of suspension,the results show that the preparation is still good after long placement,the suspension rate is greater than 90%,its low temperature stability and thermal storage stability are all qualified,and other quality control indexes such as sieve analysis meet the requirements.
