2016—2017年江西省部分地区规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病血清流行病学调查

A Seroepidemiological Survey of Porcine Pseudorabies Virus in Some Large Scale Pig Farms from 2016—2017 in Jiangxi Province

为了解2016—2017年江西部分地区规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)野毒感染状况和猪伪狂犬病免疫状况,应用ELISA方法对江西32个规模化猪场1 820份血清开展猪伪狂犬抗体血清学调查。调查结果显示:猪场血清样品PRV gE样品总阳性率为37.4%,场阳性率为65.6%;公猪、母猪、哺乳仔猪、保育仔猪、育肥猪及后备猪的血清样品野毒总阳性率分别为35.8%、44.2%、33.5%、29.2%、48.9%和32.7%;不同地区猪场PRV野毒感染情况不同,九江市野毒感染率最高(52.2%),其次依次为抚州、宜春、南昌、赣州、吉安、新余,上饶; 4个季度的PRV gE阳性率均在30%以上,其中第四季度PRV gE阳性率最高(43%); PRV gB抗体检测结果显示gB抗体阳性率与gE野毒阳性率没有明显的相关性,这也表明较高的gB抗体阳性率并不能说明猪群未受到伪狂犬野毒的感染,结果表明,近年来江西地区规模化猪场猪伪狂犬病野毒感染压力很大,猪伪狂犬病的控制与净化形势严峻。

To investigate the status of porcine pseudorabies virus infection and vaccine immunizaotion in some sale pig farms in Jiangxi Province from 2016 to 2017,1820 sera in 32 scale pig farms in Jiangxi were tested by ELISA.The results showed that the positive rate of PRV gE infection in the serum samples was 37.4%and the positive rate of farms was 65.6%.The positive rates of PRV gE infection in the serum sample in boar,sow,suckling piglet,nursery pig,fattening pig and replacement pig were 35.8%,44.2%,33.5%,29.2%,48.9%and 32.7%,respectively.The PR wild poisonous infection was different in different areas.The positive rates of PRV gE infection in Jiujiang was the highest(52.2%),followed by Fuzhou,Yichun,Nanchang,Ganzhou,Jian,Xinyu,Shangrao.The PRV gE positive rates in the four guarters of the year were all over 30%.The positive rate of PRV gE in the fourth quarter was the highest(43%).The PRV gB antibody detection results showed that the positive rate of gB antibody had no clear correlation with positive gE wild poisonous rate.The results also showed that a higher positive rate of gB antibody didn’t mean that pigs were not infected by pseudo rabies wild poisonous.Accordingly the pressure of wild swine pseudo rabies virus infection in scale pig farms in Jiangxi Province is still strong and the control and elimination of pseudo rabies virus will be a big challenge.
