摘要
探讨了芬顿(Fenton)试剂对未漂硫酸盐针叶木浆的影响。木素含量较高的硫酸盐针叶木浆经芬顿试剂处理后,纤维的结晶度、纸浆的黏度都有小幅降低。纤维表面分析表明,经处理后的纤维表面变得疏松,"起皮"现象较为明显。芬顿试剂处理后的纤维抄片后,除撕裂度略有降低,纸张干湿强度都有增加,特别是耐折度及湿强度,纸张白度降低了6.5%。
T he e ffect o f F enton r eagent o n t he u nbleached softwood kraft pulp(USKP)was discussed in this paper.USKP with high lignin content can be firstly treated by Fenton reagent.After the treatment,its fiber crystalline and cellulose viscosity were both slightly reduced.Fiber surface research shows that the treated fiber surface became looser,and the“skinning”phenomenon on the surface was more obvious.For the treated fiber,its tear index was slightly reduced,while the dry and wet strength was significantly increased,especially folding endurance and wet strength.And the whiteness of paper was down by 6.5%.
