摘要
使用微波消解法处理样品,用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪测试锂离子电池纸质隔膜材料中的铁含量。该方法相对标准偏差小于5%、回收率为96.6%~101.9%、检出限为0.10mg/kg。该方法测试简单、准确、快速,可满足锂离子电池纸质隔膜材料中的铁含量的检测需求。
The iron content in paper diaphragm material of lithium ion battery can be tested by ICP-MS after samples treatment through microwave digestion.The relative standard deviation was less than 5%,the recovery rate was 96.6%-101.9%,and detection limit was 0.10mg/kg.This method is proved to be easy,accurate and fast in operation,which is able to meet the requirement of iron content test for paper diaphragm material of lithium ion battery.
