Normally it’s high energy-consuming for the drying section of tissue machines.In order to cut down energy costs,tissue paper manufacturers usually tend to choose relatively low-speed tissue machines with stream-heated hood rather than advanced high-speed tissue machines.This paper mainly introduces the drying principles,capacity and influencing factors for tissue paper drying,and analyzes its drying effects and energy loss through energy balance calculation.Moreover,some reliable drying and energy-saving solutions are also introduced here to show a new way for energy saving,which helps to solve the conflict between drying efficiency and energy consumption.
