摘要
现代造纸机的压榨部多采用靴式压榨的结构,其高线压、宽压区的设计,提高了脱水能力。但低速重载的运行工况往往会缩短轴承的使用寿命,造成计划外停机影响生产。本文介绍从压榨部的振动检测入手,预知压榨辊轴承的失效及轴承零件的损坏。经实践证明,振动检测可以有效地预测轴承的故障点,从而提前更换问题轴承,避免计划外停机。
Shoe press structure,featured by high linear pressure and wide pressure area,is now widely installed in modern paper machines,which can help to improve dehydration capacity.However,low-speed heavy loading could reduce the duration of bearings for press rolls and thus lead to an accidental shutdown.So this paper introduces the vibration monitoring of press section and hopes to find the way for the prediction of bearings and components damages.It’s proved that vibration monitoring could help to effectively predict faults of bearings,remind paper mills to replace old bearings in advance and avoid unplanned shutdown.
