卷烟运输阶梯定价模式的拓展研究

Extension Research on Tiered Pricing Mode in Cigarette Transport

近年来,卷烟工业企业成品运输普遍采用统一的吨公里计价模式进行运费结算,但是由于不同车型的运输成本相差较大、长途车辆返程载货率较高等情况造成运输单位短途运输毛利率较低、运输积极性不高等问题。为了解决上述问题,探索采用卷烟运输阶梯定价模式,通过对卷烟销量较大的各地市商业公司进行大数据分析,选取合理的阶梯运价区间,并赋予不同区间有差异的毛利率,在保障运输单位利润水平的同时,为卷烟工业企业节约物流运输成本,并提高运输服务水平。

In this paper,we explored the tiered pricing model in cigarette transport,through a big data analysis of the commercial enterprises in various cities with large cigarette sales,selected the reasonable price tiers,and assigned different gross profit margins for different tiers to guarantee the profit level of the transportation units while saving the logistics and transportation costs for the cigarette manufacturing enterprises and improving the level of the transportation services.
