农林院校大类招生背景下的工业工程本科人才培养研究

Research on Cultivation of Undergraduate Industrial Engineering Talent against Background of Enrollment by General Discipline in Agriculture and Forestry Colleges

在分析大类招生理念来源与必要性的基础上,以东北林业大学工程技术学院工业工程专业为例,针对大类招生专业分流存在的四大问题,提出了基于大类招生的工业工程个性化人才培养体系,对培养具有竞争力的高素质个性化创新人才起到积极作用。

Based on an analysis of the conceptual source and necessity of enrollment by general discipline,and taking the industrial engineering specialty of the School of Industrial Engineering of Northeast Forestry University as example,this paper proposes the industrial engineering talent individualized training system based on enrollment by general discipline to counter the four major problems concerning specialty diversion.
