大数据推动高职信息化管理的路径探讨

Path Analysis of Big Data Promoting Information Management of Higher Vocational Education

在当前的教育形势下,信息化建设已经成为高职院校发展的主要方向之一,同时也是提升高职院校教育质量的有效途径。在分析大数据特征的基础上,从数据的分析和利用、分享和融合、安全管理3个层面,分析了大数据时代高职信息化管理面临的挑战,从构建校内大数据体系、提升现有信息平台数据软实力、简化信息化管理程序、创新高校信息化管理方法和增强高校管理决策科学性等方面,提出了加强高校信息化管理的途径。

Under the current educational situation,information construction has become one of the main directions of the development of Higher Vocational colleges,and it is also an effective way to improve the quality of Higher Vocational education.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of big data,this paper analyses the challenges faced by higher vocational information management in the era of big data from three aspects of data analysis and utilization,sharing and fusion,and security management.It also analyses the challenges faced by higher vocational information management in the era of big data,from the aspects of building large data system in school,improving the soft power of data on existing information platforms,simplifying information management procedures and Innovating University information.In terms of management methods and scientific decision-making,this paper puts forward ways to strengthen information management in Colleges and universities.
