壮药黄根中多糖含量的测定 被引量:5

摘要 目的建立壮药黄根中多糖含量的测定方法并对4批样品进行实测。方法采用苯酚-浓硫酸法,比色波长485nm。结果溶液的吸光度与葡萄糖浓度在20.0~120.0μg/ml呈良好线性关系;回归方程为A=0.0089C+0.0455(R^2=0.9986),重现性RSD=0.368%(n=6),精密度RSD=0.258%(n=6),120min内稳定性RSD=0.382%(n=7),平均回收率为(99.7±1.02)%(n=6),测得4批黄根中多糖的含量在0.24%~0.30%之间。结论该传统方法可用于壮药黄根中多糖的含量测定。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of polysaccharide content from Prismatomeris tetrandra(Roxb)K Schum of Zhuang herb and to measure 4 batches of samples. Methods The phenol-concentrated sulfuric acid method was used,and the colorimetric wavelength was 485 nm. Results The absorbance of the solution showed a good linear relationship with glucose concentration between 20.0~120.0μg/ml.The regression equation was A=0.0089C+0.0455(R 2=0.9986).The repeatability was RSD=0.368%(n=6).The accuracy was RSD=0.258%(n=6).The stability in 120 min was RSD=0.382%(n=7).The average recovery rate was(99.7±1.02)%(n=6).The content of polysaccharides in the four batches of samples were 0.24%~0.30%. Conclusion The traditional method mentioned above can be used to determine the content of polysaccharides in Prismatomeris tetrandra(Roxb)K Schum of the Zhuang herbs.
