文中结合大桥实际监管经验,对《中华人民共和国桥区水域水上交通安全管理办法》的出台背景、主要内容进行解读,通过与现有桥区水域安全管理规定进行对比,就认真做好该办法贯彻实施工作提出相关的意见建议。

Based on the experience in the monitor over bridges,the paper interprets the background and main contents of the Administrative Provisions of the People’s Republic of China on the Maritime Traffic Safety Control in Bridge Areas,compares it with the existing regulations on the safety control of bridge areas,and puts forward views and suggestions on the implementation of the regulation.
