某区妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒的基因分析

摘要 目的探讨福建平潭综合实验区妇女宫颈感染人乳头瘤(human papilloma virus,HPV)基因型的分布情况。方法 2015年7月13日至2017年2月27日,以我院门诊及住院女性1646例为研究对象,取妇女宫颈脱落细胞,采用荧光PCR法,定性检测HPV检测,分析感染率、感染类型、年龄分布特征。结果 1646例女性中,HPV总感染例数143例,总感染率为8.69%。混合型感染例数103例,感染率为6.26%。16型感染例数25例,感染率为1.52%。18型感染率为15例,感染率为0.91%。其中16型、混合型同时阳性的1例,16型、18型同时阳性1例,16型、混合型同时阳性2例,18型、混合型同时阳性1例,即多重混合感染共5例,其中30~49岁年龄段的感染率最高。结论本区HPV总感染率为8.69%,低于国内水平,且本地区妇女HPV感染主要分布于30~49岁性活跃期。 Objective To explore the distribution of the genotype of women's cervical infection in women's cervical infection in pingtan comprehensive experimental area of fujian province.Methods From July 13 2015 to February 27 2017 as the time interval,taking 1646 outpatient and inpatient women in our hospital as the research object,take the cervical exfoliated cells from women and detect the HPV by using the fluorescent PCR method qualitatively Infection rate,type of infection.Results Of the 1646 women,the total number of HPV infections was 143 and the total infection rate was 8.69%.There were 103 cases of mixed infection and 6.26%infection rate.In 25 cases,the infection rate was 1.52%.The infection rate was 0.91%in 15 cases.16 type,mixed type at the same time,positive in 1 case,16,18 positive 1 case at the same time,16 type,mixed type and positive in 2 cases,18 type,mixed type at the same time,1 case,namely the multiple mixed infection in 5 cases,The highest rate of infection was in the 30 to 49 years.Conclusion The total infection rate of HPV in this area is 8.6%,which is lower than the domestic level,and the HPV infection of women in this area is mainly distributed in the period of 30 to 49 years.
