鼻内镜下手术结合术后鼻窦冲洗治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎(AFS)的临床疗效

The Clinical Effect of Nasal Endoscopic Surgery Combined with Postoperative Sinus Irrigation in the Treatment of Allergic Fungal Sinusitis(AFS)

目的探讨鼻内镜下手术结合术后鼻窦冲洗治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎(AFS)的临床疗效。方法分析2016年1月至2017年12月我院收治的80例变应性真菌性鼻窦炎(AFS)患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同,将患者分为两组,对照组(n=40)患者采用常规治疗鼻内镜手术治疗,观察组(n=40)患者采用鼻内镜手术结合术后鼻窦冲洗治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效差异。结果观察组80例变应性真菌性鼻窦炎患者,经鼻内镜下手术结合术后鼻窦冲洗治疗,手术后的VAS评分及鼻内镜评分均明显低于手术前,经比较,P <0.05,差异具有统计学意义。两组患者的鼻纤毛传输速度比较,P> 0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论鼻内镜下手术结合术后鼻窦冲洗治疗变应性真菌性鼻窦炎的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative sinus irrigation in the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis(AFS).Methods Analysis in January 2016-December 2017,our hospital 80 cases of allergic fungal sinusitis(AFS)in patients with clinical data,according to different therapeutic methods,divided the patients into two groups:control group(n=40)were treated by routine therapy of nasal endoscopic surgery,observation group(n=40)were treated by nasal endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative sinuses irrigation treatment,compare the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results In the observation group,VAS score and endoscopic score of 80 patients with allergic fungal rhinosinusitis were significantly lower than those before surgery after endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative sinus irrigation.By comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The nasal ciliary transmission speed of the two groups was compared,P>0.05,and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion Nasal endoscopic surgery combined with postoperative sinus irrigation is effective in the treatment of allergic fungal sinusitis.
