一种起重机轨道检测设备

起重机安全的检验是特检机构主要的工作职责,起重机轨道的平顺性则是影响其安全运行的主要参数。国家关于起重机轨道的安装公差颁布了多项国家标准,长期以来由于缺少必要的、适用的检测手段,特检单位对起重机轨道各项安装的公差参数的检测一直以来难以实施快速、准确、有效的检测。本文介绍了一种起重机轨道检测设备,用以完成轨道相关数据的检测。

The safety inspection of crane is the main job responsibility of the special inspection unit.The smoothness of crane rail is the main parameter that affects the safe operation of crane.Countries concerning the installation of crane rail tolerance enacted a number of national standards,for a long time because of a lack of necessary,suitable means of detection,special survey unit installation tolerance parameters of crane rail detection has been difficult to implement fast,accurate and effective detection.In this paper,a crane rail detection equipment is introduced to complete the detection of track correlation data.
