摘要
本文探索了含5.5个结晶水的硫化钠中存在结晶水的种类及干燥过程中失水规律。其在真空度-0.1MPa、低于其熔点下干燥,保证硫化钠不氧化、不熔化、不黏结。在干燥过程中有部分结晶水直接脱除,同时,有部分结晶水转化成另一部分结晶水直接脱除,最终,获得的无水硫化钠中只存在微量游离状水。
To explore the types of crystalline water in sodium sulfide containing 5.5 crystalline water and Dehydration rule during drying process.It is dried at a vacuum level of-0.1MPa,below its melting point.Ensure that sodium sulfide does not oxidize,melt,or bond.Some of the crystal water is removed directly during drying.At the same time,some of the crystal water is transformed into another part of the crystal water.Finally,only trace free water was found in anhydrous sodium sulfide.
