摘要
目的观察精益管理模式在手术室运营效率提升中的应用效果。方法分别选取2017年5—8月精益管理实施前100例手术为对照组,2017年9—12月精益管理实施后100例手术为实验组,两组手术均为同科手术,各选取30名手术医生和患者参与满意度调查。对比使用精益管理模式前后的医生、患者对手术室的满意度及手术准点率。结果精益管理实施前后首台手术准点率分别为70%和92%、接台手术准点率分别为60%和90%、整体准点率分别为65%和91%、患者的满意度分别为60%和90%、医生的满意度分别为40%和80%;前后比较差异均有统计学意义, P <0.01。结论精益管理模式在提升手术室运营效率的效果显著,医生、患者对手术室的满意度提升。
Objective To explore the effect of precision management model in improving efficiency of operating room.Methods From May to August 2017,100 cases of operation before the implementation of precision management mode were selected as control group.From September to December 2017,100 cases of operation after the implementation of precision management mode were selected as the experimental group.The two groups were operated in the same department,30 cases of suegeons and patients were involved in the satisfaction survey.Doctors and patients'satisfaction with the operating room and punctuality were compared before and after using Lean Management.Results Before and after the implementation of precision management mode,the first operation rate was 70%and 92%respectively.The punctuality rates were 60%and 90%respectively.The overall punctuality rates were 65%and 91%respectively.The patients'satisfaction rates were 60%and 90%respectively,and the doctors'satisfaction was 40%and 80%respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of precision managent model in improving efficiency of operating room is obvious.It improves the satisfaction of doctors and patients with operating room.
