伦理审查涉及到人的生命和健康,对维护受试者的合法权益和规范医学研究具有重要作用,它是医学临床研究必不可少的环节,我国临床科研课题申报和伦理审查制度发展的比较慢,在实践过程中还存在问题,严重影响到我国医学事业的健康发展。文章主要分析了我国科研伦理审查的现状,科研课题伦理审查的必要性,为完善当前的临床医学科研课题申报和实施的伦理审查制度提出建议。

Ethical review involves people's life and health,and it plays an important role in safeguarding subjects'legal rights and standardizing medical research.It is an essential link in medical clinical research.The development of our country's reporting and ethical review system is relatively slow.There are still many problems in practice,that seriously affecting the healthy development of our country's medical cause.This article mainly analyzes the current situation of ethical review of scientific research in our country,the necessity of ethical review of scientific research projects,and how to do a good job in reporting and implementing ethical review systems for clinical scientific research projects.
