低温等离子射频消融术治疗早期声门型喉癌的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨临床收治的早期声门型喉癌病例应用低温等离子射频消融术治疗的临床成效。方法选择早期声门型喉癌患者60例,均为我院耳鼻喉科2016年3月—2017年3月收治,随机分组,就应用传统喉切开术方案治疗(对照组,n=30)与采用低温等离子射频消融术治疗(观察组,n=30)效果展开对比。结果观察组早期声门型喉癌病例手术操作用时、术中疼痛评分、术后黏膜恢复评分均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组仅1例呼吸及吞咽障碍,并发症发生率为3.3%;对照组咽漏1例,呼吸及吞咽障碍3例,切口感染2例,并发症发生率为20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组复发1例,复发率为3.3%;对照组2例,复发率为6.7%,两组复发率对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论针对临床收治的早期声门型喉癌患者,应用低温等离子射频消融术方案治疗,可显著缩短手术时间,减轻手术疼痛,改善黏膜恢复状况,降低并发症发生率,且在防范复发上作用也十分理想。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for early glottic laryngeal carcinoma.Methods 60 patients with early glottic laryngeal cancer were selected,all of whom were admitted to the department of otolaryngology of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2017.They were randomly divided into two groups,and the effects of the traditional laryngotomy scheme(control group,n=30)and the low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation(observation group,n=30)were compared.Results The operation time,intraoperative pain score and postoperative mucosal recovery score of patients with early glottic laryngeal cancer in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Only 1 patient in the observation group had dysphagia and dysphagia,and the complication rate was 3.3%.In the control group,there were 1 case of pharyngeal leakage,3 cases of respiratory and swallowing disorders,2 cases of incision infection,and the complication rate was 20.0%,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Recurrence rate was 3.3%in the observation group.In the control group,the recurrence rate was 6.7%,and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of lowtemperature plasma radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of early glottic laryngeal cancer with clinical treatment can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce surgical pain,improve the condition of mucosal recovery,reduce the incidence of complications,and is also very ideal in preventing recurrence.
