摘要
目的分析小儿单纯性肥胖患者内分泌指标变化情况。方法随机选定2017年3月—2018年3月本院收治的小儿单纯性肥胖患者30例作为试验组,以及同期门诊体检的30例健康儿童作为对照组,抽取所有研究对象空腹静脉血5ml,均以全自动化学发光免疫分析仪进行内分泌指标检测,并对比检测结果。结果试验组血清瘦素(Lp)、胰岛素(INS)、泌乳素(PRL)、睾酮(T)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)指标比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);试验组生长素(GH)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)指标比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论小儿单纯性肥胖患者进行内分泌指标检测,可为临床医师诊断患者疾病提供一定的科学依据,具有较高的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the changes of endocrine changes in children with simple obesity.Methods 30 patients with simple obesity admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were randomly selected as the experimental group,and 30 healthy children from the outpatient clinic were used as the control group.All subjects were given fasting venous blood 5 ml.The endocrine index was detected by a fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer,and the statistical analysis was carried out by comparing the test results.Results The experimental group serum leptin(Lp),insulin(INS),prolactin(PRL),testosterone(T),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)index was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indicators of growth hormone(GH),estradiol(E2)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of endocrine markers in children with simple obesity can provide a scientific basis for clinicians to diagnose patients'diseases.
