多重耐药患者在机械通气中预防交叉感染的护理研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探究多重耐药患者在机械通气中预防交叉感染的护理措施和护理效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年6月作为研究时间段,在该时间段从我院选取60例多重耐药患者进行探讨分析,按照均衡、随机化原则分组,对照组和观察组患者各30例,其中对照组应用开放式吸痰,观察组应用密闭式吸痰,两组患者均在治疗后上呼吸机10 d时进行细菌学培养,观察培养结果和两组患者对周围患者交叉感染情况,并收集各种指标数据,对两组被感染者的同源感染率进行比较。结果相较于对照组,观察组患者的同源感染率明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论多重耐药患者在机械通气中采取密闭式吸痰方式预防交叉感染的效果显著,不仅有效缩短了被同源感染时间,而且显著降低了同源感染率。 Objective To explore the nursing measures and nursing effects of multi-drug resistant patients in preventing cross-infection in mechanical ventilation.Methods From June 2015 to June 2017,60 multi-drug resistant patients were selected in our hospital for analysis.Grouped according to the principle of equilibrium and randomization,there were 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases the observation group.The control group was treated with open sputum suction,and the observation group was treated with closed sputum suction.Two groups of patients were treated with ventilator at 10 d after treatment.The results of culture and the cross-infection of patients in two groups were observed,and the data of various indicators were collected.The homologous infection rate was compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the homologous infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multidrug resistant patients have a significant effect in preventing crossinfection in mechanical ventilation.It not only effectively shortens the time of homologous infection,but also significantly reduces the rate of homologous infection.
