系统性健康教育对癫痫患儿生活质量的影响

Effect of Systematic Health Education on Quality of Life in Children With Epilepsy

目的探究系统性健康教育对癫痫患儿生活质量的影响。方法选择2017年7—12月在我院小儿内科收治的100例癫痫患儿,按入院时间随机分为两组,单号为实验组,双号为对照组,每组各50例。实验组采用系统健康指导方式,对照组采用常规健康指导方式,应用QOLIE-AD-48问卷对生活质量进行评定。结果实验组QOLIEAD-48生活质量评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对癫痫患儿开展系统性健康教育,有效地改善患儿的生活质量,对患儿病情的尽早康复产生积极作用。

Objective To explore the impact of systematic health education on the quality of life of children with epilepsy.Methods 100 cases of epileptic children admitted to pediatric department from July to December 2017 were selected.They were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the time of admission.The single number is the experimental group,the double number is the control group,50 cases in each group.The experimental group was given systemic health guidance,and the control group was given routine health guidance.QOLIE-AD-48 questionnaire was used to assess the quality of life.Results The quality of life of QOLIEAD-48 in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic health education for children with epilepsy,effectively improve the quality of life of children,and positively affect the early recovery of the child's condition.
