摘要
目的观察对肾移植患者应用循证护理的护理效果。方法选取2016年1月—2018年3月收治的90例肾移植患者,采取随机数表法进行分组,对照组患者45例,实施常规护理,实验组患者45例,实施循证护理。观察对比两组患者的护理效果。结果实验组患者的总遵医率、并发症发生率与生活质量评分均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对肾移植患者实施循证护理可以有效的提高患者的生活质量,减少患者的并发症发生情况。
Objective To observe the effect of evidence-based nursing on renal transplant patients.Methods 90 cases of renal transplant patients from January 2016 to March 2018 were divided into two groups by random number table method.45 cases in the control group were given routine nursing and 45 cases in the experimental group were given evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The compliance rate,complication rate and quality of life score of the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing for renal transplant patients can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications of patients.
