胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的护理配合分析

Nursing Cooperation of Radical Resection of Lung Cancer Under Thoracoscopic Surgery

目的总结电视胸腔镜下肺癌根治术的护理配合要点。方法选取蚌埠医学院第一附属医院胸外科2013年8月—2015年8月收治的78例肺癌患者,行胸腔镜下肺癌根治术,做好术前的访视及手术器械等的准备,严格执行术中的无菌、无瘤操作,做好术中器械、巡回护理精确配合。结果本组研究对象,3例因胸腔黏连及淋巴结清扫困难问题术中中转开胸手术,1例患者因术中动脉出血而中转开胸手术。其余74例患者均在胸腔镜下顺利完成手术。手术时间为210～330min,平均手术时间(235.1±10.5) min。且全组所有患者均顺利返回病房,顺利出院。结论胸腔镜肺癌根治手术对手术护理的效率及质量提出了更高的要求。完善的术前护理准备及高效、精确的术中护理配合,是手术顺利完成的重要保障。

Objective To summarize the nursing and experience of videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery for lung cancer and to explore the main points of nursing cooperation.Methods 78 patients with lung cancer admitted to the Department of Thoracic Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from August 2013 to August 2015,underwent thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer,and prepared for preoperative visits and surgical instruments.Intraoperative aseptic,tumor-free operation,accurate matching of intraoperative instruments and roving care.Results In this group of subjects,3 patients underwent intraoperative thoracotomy due to difficulty in chest adhesion and lymph node dissection,and 1 patient underwent thoracotomy due to intraoperative arterial hemorrhage.The remaining 74 patients underwent successful thoracoscopic surgery.The operation time was 210~330 min,and the average operation time was(235.1±10.5)min.All the patients in the whole group returned to the ward smoothly and were discharged smoothly.Conclusion Thoracoscopic radical surgery for lung cancer puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency and quality of surgical nursing.Perfect preoperative care preparation and efficient and accurate intraoperative care are important guarantees for successful operation.
