股骨颈骨折患者舒适护理分析

Analysis of Comfortable Nursing for Patients With Femoral Neck Fracture

目的分析股骨颈骨折患者的舒适护理情况。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者44例,根据护理方式差异分为观察组和对照组,各22例,观察组患者接受舒适护理,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比护理结果。结果观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,VAS评分优于对照组,差异具备统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论选择舒适护理对股骨颈骨折患者进行临床护理能提升患者的舒适程度,降低并发症发生率,护理效果良好。

Objective To analyze the comfortable nursing care of patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods A total of 44 patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were enrolled.According to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,22 cases in each group.The observation group received comfortable nursing,while the control group received routine nursing,and the results were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group.The VAS score was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Selecting comfortable nursing for clinical nursing of patients with femoral neck fracture can improve patient comfort,reduce the incidence of complications,and have good nursing effect.
