腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿斜疝优质护理分析

Quality Nursing Analysis of Laparoscopic High Ligation of The Hernia Sac in Treatment of Indirect Hernia in Children

目的分析腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿斜疝优质护理的情况。方法选取2017年7月—2018年7月在我院接受腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎治疗的小儿斜疝患者60例,根据护理方式差异分为观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组接受优质护理,对照组进行常规护理,对比治疗结果。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论对于腹腔镜下疝囊高位结扎治疗小儿斜疝的患者进行优质护理能够进一步提升患者的护理质量,促进患者尽快恢复,提升其护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the nursing of laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac in treatment of indirect hernia in children.Methods 60 children with sacral hernia who underwent laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac in our hospital from July 2017 to July 2018 were enrolled.ccording to the difference of nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group received high quality nursing,while the control group received routine nursing,and the results of treatment were compared.Results The average hospital stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group.The nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing for patients with laparoscopic high ligation of the hernia sac in the treatment of children with oblique hernia can further improve the quality of patients'care,promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,and improve their nursing satisfaction.
