细节护理在手术室护理中的应用及效果评价

Application and Effect Evaluation of Detail Nursing in Operation Room Nursing

目的探讨细节护理在手术室中的使用效果。方法收集在我院手术室行手术治疗的患者140例,采用抽签法将患者分为细节护理组和对照组,每组70例。对照组采用常规的护理方法,细节护理组采用细节护理措施,观察两组术中发生紧急事件的次数、相同类型手术的手术时间、术后并发症情况及统计患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果细节护理组术中紧急事件发生次数、腹腔镜手术时间、骨科手术时间均明显低于对照组(P <0.05),肩痛、软组织损伤、皮下气肿、下肢疼痛发生率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),满意率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论细节护理能有效的缩短手术患者的手术时间,减少术中急性事件的发生次数,降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of detail nursing in operation room.Methods 140 patients who received surgical treatment in operation room of our hospital were divided into detail nursing group and control group by ballot method,70 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing method,the detail nursing group was given the detail nursing measures,the number of emergency events in the two groups,the operation time of the same type of operation,the postoperative complications and the satisfaction of the patients to the nursing work were observed.Results The number of emergency events,the time of laparoscopic operation and the operating time in the Department of orthopedics were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of shoulder pain,soft tissue injury,subcutaneous emphysema and lower extremity pain was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Detailed nursing can effectively shorten the operation time of the patients,reduce the incidence of acute events in the operation,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and improve the patient's satisfaction.
