摘要
目的观察对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者实施系统护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年3月—2018年2月收治的90例泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,对照组与实验组患者各45例,分别采用常规护理措施与系统护理干预。比较两组患者的疗效及满意度。结果实验组患者术中及术后情况均优于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论对泌尿外科腹腔镜手术患者实施系统护理干预可以有效提高疗效及患者满意度高。
Objective To observe the effect of systematic nursing intervention on patients with laparoscopic operation in the department of urology.Methods From March 2017 to February 2018,90 cases of urological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected as the research object.The control group and the experimental group were 45 cases,respectively,using routine nursing measures and systematic nursing intervention.The efficacy and satisfaction degree of the two groups were compared.Results The intraoperative and postoperative conditions of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the degree of satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention for patients undergoing urological laparoscopic surgery can effectively improve the curative effect and patients'satisfaction.
