高职院校教师课堂教学引领力提高策略研究

摘要 有研究表明,教师的引领力对于课堂质量的提升意义深远,因此我国相关学者对教师引领力逐渐关注,并展开了多方面的理论性研究。提升教师的引领力,能够随之提升课堂的吸引力,让学生被教师所引导,积极主动地参与到课堂中,进而深化学习、全面发展。本文展开高职院校教师课堂教学引领力提高策略的研究,分析当前高职院校课堂教学引领力现状,分析影响引领力提升的具体原因,最后提出能够提升教师引领力的有效策略。 Abstract Some studies have shown that the leadership of teachers has far-reaching significance for the improvement of classroom quality.Therefore,relevant scholars in China have gradually paid attention to the leadership of teachers and have carried out theoretical research in many aspects.Enhancing teachers'leadership can enhance the attraction of the classroom,let students be guided by teachers,actively participate in the classroom,and then deepen the study and develop in an all-round way.This paper starts the research on the strategy of improving the leadership of higher vocational college teachers in classroom teaching,analyzes the current situation of classroom teaching leadership in higher vocational colleges,analyzes the specific factors influencing leadership,and finally proposes an effective strategy to enhance teachers'leadership.
