Form Effective Learning Groups and Creating an Effective Class: Taking the Course "Psychological Health Education for College Students" as an Example

本文旨在探索如何在"大学生心理健康教育"教学中组建有效的学习小组,以小组为基本单位进行教学活动,创设高效的学习课堂,让大学生在班级良好的心理氛围中主动合作学习,提高自身的心理健康水平,也进一步提升教师的教学能力。

Abstract The purpose of this paper is to explore how to set up effective learning groups in the teaching of"Psychological Health Education for College Students",to conduct teaching activities with groups as the basic unit,and to create an effective class so that college students can actively cooperate in learning in a good psychological atmosphere of the class and improve their level of psychological health.The teaching ability of teachers will also be further enhanced.
